A highly effective automatic dishwasher detergent formulated for use in all commercial kitchen dishwashers. It is designed to remove the heaviest grease, starch, sauce and other organic soils from crockery, cutlery and catering utensils in commercial kitchens. It is low-foaming and promotes rapid drying for crockery and kitchen utensils due to the high level of softeners within the formulation. It is suitable for use in hard water conditions.

CAUTION: Not suitable for aluminum pots, pans or utensils when in concentrated form.
