A high-caustic cleaner and de-carbonizer that rapidly emulsifies and quickly releases burnt-on oils, fats, grease and carbon deposits from ovens, grills, deep fat fryers and other stainless-steel cooking equipment. Great for cleaning ovens, vertical surfaces behind the hot-line. It clings to surfaces which provides longer contact time for thorough cleaning. It rinses rapidly and completely to reduce total cleaning time.

Cannot be used on aluminum.

Always wear long rubber gloves and eye protection when squirting and wiping. Wash hands and arms after each use.
